Jyotish eng

Jyotish is the traditional name for Vedic Astrology, an ancient system born in India to observe the relationship between Time, the human being and one’s own Path.

It is not merely a method for describing character or predicting events. Above all, it is a tool for interpretation: it helps us understand which energies accompany a Person, which experiences tend to repeat themselves and which areas of life require greater Awareness.

The Natal Chart represents a map of this Path. Planets, Signs, Houses and cycles of time do not act separately, but form a whole that must be observed in its overall balance.

This section brings together some fundamental aspects of Jyotish:

Zodiac Signs

The twelve Signs describe different qualities of experience and different ways through which energy can express itself in the Natal Chart.

Gems and Stones

In the Indian astrological tradition, certain gems are associated with the Planets and can be used as supportive elements when their choice is consistent with the Natal Chart.

Remedies

Jyotish also contemplates different forms of remedy: practices, mantras, disciplines and symbolic tools used to harmonise the relationship with specific planetary energies.

Vedic Astrology does not remove the Path: it helps us see it more clearly.
