Aries as the Ascendant Sign in Vedic Astrology

If there are factors in the Natal Chart that direct these qualities towards expressions of full Consciousness, there is the Spiritual Warrior; if instead other factors push in another direction, there is little respect for others (something that is in any case difficult for the Sign of Aries, which tends to overpower others). Sharpness and a good analytical ability are usually part of this Astrological Sign or Constellation. Here lies the ability to “clear the road” when it is blocked by obstacles. Passions and emotions are experienced very intensely.
The Astrological Sign is ruled by the planet Mars; there is in fact a “Martian” energy, that is, a warrior-like energy. These qualities can be experienced in different forms and at different levels; that is, the level of Consciousness determines the area of Life in which the Person is placed and consequently the intensity and quality of expression.
Let me explain more clearly; an Astrological Sign such as Aries at the Ascendant, if badly placed, can give rise to a cruel, violent and unscrupulous person and if this is combined with a clear mind (the conditions of Mercury and the Moon must be analysed), this is a person to be feared in every respect.
If instead the Astrological Sign of Aries is at the Ascendant and is well placed, that is, not damaged by powerful malefic planets and is in harmony with the rest of the Natal Chart, then we will see a person with a strong, penetrating character who defends worthy causes while maintaining a strong individuality.
